At fayesquishy, we strive to ensure every product brings joy to our customers. However, if you’re unsatisfied or experience an issue with your order, you may request a return within 14 business days of the delivery date.

Important Notes:

Cancellations After Shipping: If you cancel after the order is shipped, the incurred shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Our Mistake: For incorrect, damaged, or defective items, we’ll provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please take a video when you unpack the package and confirm the status of the product. If there are any defects in the unpacking, we will provide refund service. If there is no unpacking video, we will not be able to refund your return

Customer Preference: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike or wrong order), the buyer covers the return shipping costs.

Promotional Discounts: Refunds will account for any promotional discounts or free shipping by deducting the equivalent shipping rate from the refund amount.

Refund Process: Contact Us: fayesquishy2024@gmail.com to request a return. Include details about the item(s) and the reason for return. Attach pictures or videos for defective products.

Approval: If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping the Return: Return the item(s) with original packaging and accessories within 7 business days of approval.

Refund Issuance: Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Damaged items due to misuse, modifications, or natural disasters.

Worn, washed, or incomplete items, including missing labels or stickers.

Free gifts, customized products, and sale items.

Shipping Terms

We ship to over 80 countries and regions worldwide. To check if delivery is available to your area, please try entering your address during the checkout process. We’re constantly working to expand our global shipping services.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after your order or credit card has been approved. Orders placed during weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days, please contact our customer service team at fayesquishy2024@gmail.com for assistance.

Important: Please double-check the recipient’s address during checkout and in your order confirmation. Once a package is shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the address.
