Do you ship overseas?
We deliver our products to a vast majority of countries across the globe. There are only a few countries we don’t ship to due to the possibility of extremely long transit times. Our commitment to providing you with top-notch products in best condition. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
We require 2-5 business days for handmade production.
For the U.S., the U.K., and other European countries, shipping typically takes 7-10 business days.
For other countries and regions, it usually takes around 8-15 Business days.

Are Squishy toys suitable for kids?
We are not recommended for children under 6 years old due to choking hazard.
Squishy toys are safe for kids to play with. We commit that all our squishies are made by food-grade silicone, which is non-toxic and safe for children. The soft texture and fun shapes capture kids’ attention, providing a safe and enjoyable play experience. However, always supervise young children during play to avoid potential risks.
Are Squishy toys safe and non-toxic?
All our products are made by food-grade silicone, ensuring completely safe and non-toxic. The products have passed strict safety tests and hold necessary safety certifications, offering you peace of mind in purchasing and using them.
Can I take out the bag and play with it?
we don’t recommend taking the Taba squishy out of its packaging often. But it’s possible for you to take it out. If you buy squishies for kids, please supervise young children during play to avoid potential risks.
What if the bag of my squishy is broken and stained?
We will make our best to packaging every order, but it is possible that some of bags are broken and stained due to longtime shipping. So we provide extra EVA bags for you, you can change it by yourself!
Exchange & Return
Can I return my product?
We always try our best to ensure our customers love our products, and we accept returns as long as the product is unused and the packaging is intact. However, we do not cover return shipping costs.
Please note, we cannot offer compensation or refunds for products that have been damaged, especially if the item was taken out of its packaging and played with. We clearly state that taking the product out of its bag can lead to damage.
Please take a video when you unpack the package and confirm the status of the product. If there are any defects in the unpacking, we will provide refund service. If there is no unpacking video, we will not be able to refund your return
